We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Our Baby Nursery is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, make a wrong selection or need a different size, this includes orders paid using Afterpay.
If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please contact us via the support button in the bottom right hand corner (or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org). A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Our Baby Nursery within 14 days of receiving the item. You will be required to provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorised.
The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility, are non-refundable and must include tracking. We encourage you to keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a refund without physical goods or proof of delivery. Once the return has been received, a refund or alternative product can be dispatched for the value of the original purchase less a $15 handling/restocking fee. If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.
Please note it can take up to 3-7 business days for refunds to be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
- Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your item(s).
- Once your order has been despatched, Australia Post is then responsible to ensure that your package arrives to your door safely
- All of our parcels are tracked but we do not take responsibility for any items lost/damaged in transit
- If Safe Drop is applied to your order, we will not be held responsible for any missing packages
Please choose carefully when selecting baby loungers, bedding accessories (i.e. cot sheets, quilts, pillows), furniture, beauty products, underwear, nursing pads and breast pumps, as there is no exchange or refund on these items due to health and hygiene inline with the Australian Health Acts, unless the product has a manufacturing fault.
A refund will be issued on items that have a distinct, irreparable/ irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery. Please be advised that all items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and are sent in a brand new condition. If you suspect a fault you are required to contact customer care immediately to address the nature of the fault. We'll be more than happy to rectify this for you as soon as possible.
In accordance with the ACCC, if the item has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.
Purchasing an incorrect size/style or being unhappy with the fit is not considered a manufacturing fault and a refund will not be approved on this basis. Our regular return policy will apply for returns of this nature.
RETURNS USING AFTERPAY
Returns remain subject to Our Baby Nursery's returns policy. If you wish to return an order that has been paid using AfterPay please proceed with our return policy, the return procedure remains the same. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot cancel the order.
PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS
All purchases of SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, unless deemed faulty. Sale prices of any item/s cannot be applied to previous orders already completed and/or shipped. All coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, cannot be redeemed after the order is completed/ processed.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace or refund items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the support button in the bottom right hand corner (or email us at email@example.com) and we will organise a replacement. This does not include orders purchased in the incorrect size due to consumer fault or for any change of mind orders. The product must be returned in the condition as received, without any alterations or further damage.
All returns will be issued with a store credit within 3 working days.
Due to the fast turnover of stock we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size/style in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available. Once the store credit is processed you will receive an email notifying you that the credit is available to use. Store credits will only be issued for the returned item/s less original shipping costs if there was one.
With all our online images, we do our best to display the true colour of the items however as computer monitors and settings may vary we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact colour of the item, it may vary slightly.
